As part of our quality assurance program Integrated Technologies Australia will:

  • Always comply with relevant industry authorities and regulatory bodies including OH&S, Energy Safe and Work Safe Victoria.
  • Adhere to a code of contact as set down buy NECA, CEDIA and Office of Fair Trading.
  • Ensure all the services we offer are carried out by qualified professionals.
  • Strictly adhere to all manufacturers installation requirements
  • Adhere to proper cabling and termination practices.
  • Provide electrical safety certificates for all electrical work when applicable.
  • Provide system certification and calibration as and when required.
  • Maintain appropriate Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurances.
